Mumbai: Sony SAB is raising the bar for consumer marketing and audience engagement in India with a never seen before 3D holographic sky projection, unveiled at Ujjain. This initiative is a landmark moment in creating experiential marketing for consumers, innovatively bringing mythology to life in a mesmerizing display of technology and creativity. Sony SAB’s groundbreaking activation, the largest 3D holographic sky projection in India, utilized cutting-edge scrim technology to create a 360-degree immersive experience, transforming Ujjain’s night sky as the backdrop for a spectacular display on Mahashivratri.

The spectacular display showcased breathtaking visuals of young Hanuman’s journey, projecting actual images onto a non-dimensional surface, creating a floating illusion in the sky and making the characters appear larger-than-life. The interplay of light, movement, and sound created a theatrical experience like never before. This world-class execution of technology, storytelling, and devotion sets a new industry benchmark, demonstrating Sony SAB’s commitment to creating high-impact, engaging campaigns that go beyond conventional television marketing.

Combining the strengths of television and digital media, the channel has also rolled out a TV campaign to capture the attention of target audiences, as well as leveraged its social media, YouTube, and other digital channels, to share bite-sized content, behind-the-scenes insights, and interactive experiences.

Veer Hanuman, brings viewers the legendary story of Lord Hanuman, showcasing his transformation from a young boy to a revered deity who is worshipped as a symbol of devotion, loyalty, and bravery. Premiering on 11th March, this epic saga will air every Monday to Saturday at 7.30 pm on Sony SAB and sees young Aan Tiwari, Sayli Salunke, Arav Chowdharry and Mahir Pandhi in lead roles.

As we launch ‘Veer Hanuman’, we’re drawing on India’s rich cultural heritage and harnessing cutting-edge technology by creating an immersive experience that will captivate audiences. Our innovative approach with this breathtaking 3D holographic sky projection will break new ground, enabling us to connect with viewers in a fresh way. Ujjain served as a perfect backdrop strategically to create an aura around the show with the objective of mesmerising and creating interest amongst audiences, setting the tone for a show that will inspire and entertain millions.
