
Media and advertising veteran steps down as Head of Ad Sales – Network Channels citing personal reasons
Mumbai, July 17, 2025: Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) has announced the departure of Sandeep Mehrotra, Head of Ad Sales – Network Channels, who will be transitioning out of his role due to personal reasons.
During his tenure, Sandeep played a pivotal role in shaping SPNI’s sales strategy, accelerating revenue growth, and forging strategic partnerships that strengthened the network’s position in a rapidly evolving media landscape. He steered the ad sales function through significant transformation, driving innovative solutions to meet changing market demands.
Reflecting on his journey, Sandeep Mehrotra said, “After careful consideration, I’ve decided to step down due to personal reasons. It has been a rewarding experience building a strong team, achieving key milestones, and fostering lasting industry relationships. I’m grateful to have contributed to SPNI’s growth and to have been part of a culture defined by ambition, collaboration, and integrity.”
