Industry veteran Ushnish D to lead Katalyst Sports’ next growth chapter with a focus on strategic partnerships and content innovation
New Delhi, July 31, 2025: Katalyst Sports, the emerging powerhouse in India’s sports and entertainment landscape, has announced the appointment of Ushnish D as its new Senior Vice President and Business Head. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the media and entertainment industry, Ushnish brings a strategic mindset, deep content expertise, and a strong track record of building impactful brand partnerships.
Over the course of his career, Ushnish has held senior positions at leading organisations including Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd., Zee Entertainment Enterprises, Turner International, and Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. His work has spanned content strategy, sports broadcasting, and audience engagement—making him a natural fit to help drive Katalyst Sports’ ambitious plans.
In his new role, Ushnish will spearhead the company’s efforts to scale its presence in the Indian sports ecosystem, develop high-impact content-led platforms, and create integrated fan-brand-athlete experiences.
