Mumbai, August 8, 2025: Behrouz Biryani, the brand inspired by the opulence of royal kitchens, is set to unveil The Long Lost Menu — a first-of-its-kind culinary campaign that blends age-old flavours, fictional history, and cutting-edge storytelling. Launching August 9, 2025, the initiative resurrects three biryanis from imagined fallen empires, each accompanied by AI-crafted short films, secret messages, and a richly layered cultural narrative.

The three limited-edition biryanis each carry a unique fictional backstory:
Junoon-e-Andhra Biryani – A fiery Andhra laal mirch preparation inspired by the tale of a prince who chose culinary mastery over the crown.
Raaz-e-Kalimirch Biryani – A bold, pepper-infused recipe from the mythical kingdom of Asrar, shrouded in intrigue and secrecy.
Dastan-e-Ghee Biryani – A tender love story from Noorabad, featuring hand-churned ghee and heirloom spices.
To immerse customers in these narratives, Behrouz has produced AI-driven cinematic films with period-inspired visuals and Urdu poetry narration, seamlessly blending fiction with cultural richness.
Adding to the intrigue, early campaign customers will receive illustrated cards containing hidden messages revealed only when held to the light — a whimsical nod to the mystery of lost recipes and an invitation to share the discovery on social media.
The Long Lost Menu will be available for four weeks in all major cities, with prices starting at ₹399. With this campaign, Behrouz continues its mission to intertwine flavour, fantasy, and folklore, making its mark both at the dining table and in the cultural imagination.
