Chennai, August 12, 2025: Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd. (AHEL) has posted a robust performance in the first quarter of FY26, with consolidated revenues rising 15% year-on-year to ₹5,842 crore, EBITDA growing 26% YoY to ₹852 crore, and PAT surging 42% YoY to ₹433 crore.
During the quarter, the healthcare major announced the demerger of its Omni Channel Pharmacy and Digital Health business into a new entity, Apollo Healthtech Ltd., to unlock shareholder value.
Operational Highlights:
Milestones: Apollo Children’s Hospitals completed 6,000 paediatric cardiac surgeries.
Innovation in Care: Launched OraLife, an AI-powered early detection solution for oral cancer; introduced Apollo Zen, an advanced preventive care program integrating diagnostics and AI insights.
Capacity Expansion: Announced the addition of 700 beds in Bengaluru in two phases, taking total city capacity to 1,500 beds. Overall, the group is on track to add 4,370 beds over the next 3–4 years via acquisitions and new projects.
Digital Growth: Apollo 24|7 posted a quarterly GMV of ₹682 crore, building on FY25’s ₹3,007 crore. The platform continues to see strong demand for teleconsultations, lab services, and pharmacy deliveries.

The group’s preventive care focus remains strong, with the Apollo ProHealth platform crossing 2.5 million health assessments in Q1. Sustainability initiatives, including Green Health projects in Mumbai and Hyderabad, have reduced energy consumption per patient day by 20% and incorporated eco-friendly materials in new builds.
