Pune, August 18, 2025: Hansgrohe Group, the Black Forest-based global leader in premium bathroom and kitchen solutions, has announced the appointment of Abdulkader Bengali as Managing Director for its India operations, effective August 18, 2025. The strategic appointment underscores Hansgrohe’s commitment to strengthening its presence in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets.
Bengali brings more than 26+ years of leadership experience in the construction and building materials sector, with a proven track record of transforming businesses and driving sustainable growth. Prior to joining Hansgrohe, he served as Senior Vice President at Sintex BAPL, where he successfully scaled the Water Management Solutions division. He has also held leadership roles at ALP Aeroflex as COO and at Owens Corning, where he led India and SAARC operations, bringing valuable international market expertise.
A gold medalist in Engineering from NIT Surat and holder of an Executive MBA from SP Jain, Bengali is recognized for his results-driven leadership and ability to deliver business turnarounds across industries.

The luxury fittings segment, currently valued at USD 5.27 billion (2024), is expected to nearly double to USD 10.93 billion by 2032, fueled by rising disposable incomes, rapid urbanization, and demand for premium lifestyle products.
