Mumbai, August 26, 2025: JioStar today unveiled the latest film from its “Ghus Kar Maarenge” campaign for the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) Season 12, featuring cricketer KL Rahul in the lead. The campaign, developed in collaboration with creative agency ZeroFifty, includes a series of regional and national films designed to build excitement ahead of PKL Season 12, which kicks off on August 29, live and exclusive on JioHotstar and Star Sports Network.
The Kannada-language film opens with KL Rahul enjoying a car ride through lush green farms in Karnataka. When the vehicle halts abruptly, a ferocious bull blocks their path. As his friends panic and debate possible solutions, Rahul calmly advises reversing the car. With a smile, he clarifies that this is no ordinary bull, but a “Bengaluru Bull”—one that only charges forward and smashes through obstacles.
“The campaign underscores the aggression and thrill quotient that fans can expect this season,” said a JioStar spokesperson. “With refreshing changes coming in, we had to depict how it will influence the approach of players. KL Rahul was the perfect match to bring that out with his subtlety and inimitable demeanour. His personality and connection with fans make him the ideal face for this iteration of the campaign.”
