
Kochi, August 30, 2025: The Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI), in partnership with Laqshya Media Group, has launched a unique Onam activation at Cochin International Airport to raise awareness about disciplined investing. Running from August 25 to September 5, the campaign is expected to reach over two lakh travelers.

The centerpiece is a life-sized replica of Kerala’s iconic snake boat, symbolising teamwork and discipline—values AMFI associates with systematic investing. Set against a giant LED backdrop with animated dreamscapes of global landmarks, the installation lets travelers step into the boat, choose a destination, and capture their aspirations, linking cultural storytelling with financial goals.

AMFI Chairman Navneet Munot said the initiative aims to inspire families to align their life goals with disciplined investing, while CEO Venkat N Chalasani highlighted how consistency and perseverance reflect both Onam traditions and smart financial planning.

Laqshya Media Group’s CEO Atul Shrivastava added that the activation redefines experiential OOH by merging cultural heritage with modern technology.
