Hospitality veteran to lead F&B operations and elevate guest experiences
Mumbai, September 18, 2025: JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has announced the appointment of Ruchi Thapa as its new Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, reinforcing the hotel’s commitment to delivering exceptional dining and hospitality experiences.
In her new role, Thapa will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations, focusing on enhancing service standards, operational excellence, and guest engagement across its award-winning dining outlets.
Thapa brings a wealth of industry experience, having held leadership roles at The St. Regis Mumbai, The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts, Silver Beach Entertainment & Hospitality, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Most recently, she served as General Manager – Operations, Training & Development at Aspect Hospitality, where she spearheaded initiatives in service innovation, staff training, and operational growth.
Renowned for her dynamic leadership and expertise in restaurant management, training, and guest engagement, Thapa’s holistic approach is expected to further strengthen JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar’s position as a culinary destination in the city.
