Mumbai | October 7, 2025: The One Club for Creativity, in collaboration with BBDO India, DDB Mudra Group, and TBWA\India, successfully concluded the fourth edition of Portfolio Night 2025, reaffirming its position as India’s premier launchpad for aspiring creatives. The event brought together over 115 young talents for one-on-one portfolio reviews with 35 of the country’s leading creative professionals.
Designed as a dynamic platform to bypass traditional hiring barriers, this year’s edition offered emerging talent the rare chance to receive direct mentorship, refine their portfolios, and establish career-shaping industry connections. Registrations hit record numbers, closing 72 hours before the deadline — a testament to the growing enthusiasm among young creatives nationwide.
The Mumbai leg opened with an inspiring address by Josy Paul, Chairperson & CCO, BBDO India, who urged participants to be fearless innovators:
> “We don’t need you to fit in — we need you to stand out. Challenge us. Shake us. Make us see the world through your eyes. We need sparks. We need your light. We need your truth.”
The 2025 Portfolio Night recognized Sumit Kumar as the Mumbai in-person winner and Kareena Batija as the virtual pan-India champion. Both will represent India at the global Portfolio Night All-Stars program, where winners from across the world will collaborate on a live brief from global sponsor Google. Their journey will culminate in New York City during Creative Week 2026, where the winning global team will present their campaign.
