Mumbai: Birla Opus Paints, part of Grasim Industries under the Aditya Birla Group, today announced two new Birla Opus Paint Studio (Company Owned and Company Operated Store) in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai respectively. In continuation of the launches in Gurugram and Lucknow, this expansion reinforces the brand’s commitment to transforming the paint and décor industry through innovation, premium offerings, and a truly immersive customer experience. This launch is a significant step in Birla Opus Paints’ growth strategy, aimed at expanding its retail footprint across India. With a focus on experiential retail, the company plans to open additional experience centres in Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Jaipur, Ahmedabad and Surat, in the coming months.
The two new Birla Opus Paint Studios are being designed as hubs of creativity and inspiration, moving beyond conventional paint stores. They will serve as experience centres that allows customers to discover new ideas as well as touch, feel, and experience colors in a real-life environment. Customers will also be able to receive free expert guidance on shade selection, textures, and application techniques through a personalised guide, while advanced visualization tools will help homeowners preview how their chosen colors will look in real-life settings. Beyond paints, the Paint Studios will also features wallpapers, designer finishes, and speciality coating options for a holistic décor solution.
