Instrumental in shaping Havas Play’s success across Sports, Content, and Entertainment, Venkat exits after driving strong performance and impactful IP launches.
Mumbai: R. Venkatasubramanian, Chief Operating Officer of Havas Play, has stepped down from his role. A veteran at Havas Media, Venkat was associated with the company for over a decade across two separate stints.
Previously serving as President – Investments at Havas Media India, he took on the additional responsibility of Managing Director at Havas Play two years ago, while continuing in his existing role. In May last year, he was elevated to the position of COO, Havas Play.
Under his leadership, Havas Play delivered a strong performance across sports, content, and entertainment, successfully launching several IPs and strategic initiatives. His contributions were instrumental in establishing Havas Play as a formidable player in a highly competitive market.
