Taiwan invites global innovators to submit proposals integrating its health solutions to enhance global well-being
Taipei, Taiwan, June 2025: The International Trade Administration (TITA), under Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), has launched the “Go Healthy with Taiwan 2025” global call for proposals to strengthen Taiwan’s visibility in the health sector and foster international cooperation. Commissioned to the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), this initiative invites governments, enterprises, institutions, and organizations worldwide to submit proposals that incorporate Taiwan’s high-quality health products and comprehensive solutions.
The initiative aims to improve global health standards and promote sustainable, healthy lifestyles in cities, communities, and workplaces worldwide. TITA Deputy Director General Susan Hu highlighted that this campaign aligns with President Lai Ching-te’s vision of a “Healthy Taiwan”, marking a significant step towards shaping a healthier and more sustainable future through global collaboration.
Joe Chou, Executive Vice President of TAITRA, emphasized that the campaign demonstrates Taiwan’s health industry innovation and encourages partnerships to create smart, sustainable health solutions leveraging Taiwan’s advanced technologies.
The campaign’s theme, “Pitching Taiwan’s Best: A Home Run for Proposals!”, was unveiled at a lively launch event styled as a baseball field. Taiwanese baseball star An-Ko Lin and mascot Fu Bear symbolized Taiwan’s commitment to sharing its top-tier health solutions globally.
The initiative focuses on five key sectors:
Smart healthcare technologies
Medical aesthetics and wellness
Fitness equipment
Sports technologies
Bicycles
Building on last year’s success of “Go Green with Taiwan”, which drew 396 proposals from 45 countries, the 2025 campaign aims to exceed 500 submissions from five continents. The top three proposals will each win US$30,000, with opportunities for further collaboration with Taiwanese firms.
Submission deadline: August 14, 2025
