Curated by Barkha Dutt, the festival at Riverside Studios will honour changemakers and celebrate inclusivity across borders

London, June 26, 2025: After two acclaimed international editions in Dubai and eight successful national editions across India, We The Women, India’s premier women-led festival, is set to debut its inaugural UK edition on June 29 at the iconic Anil Agarwal Riverside Studios in London. The festival will be exclusively aired on Mojo Story’s YouTube channel on June 30, extending its reach to a global digital audience.
Curated by award-winning journalist and author Barkha Dutt, We The Women has emerged as an unparalleled platform spotlighting stories of courage, impact, and transformation across diverse fields. The London edition, presented in partnership with Vedanta, will celebrate the Changemakers of 2025, featuring inspiring voices from India and the British-Indian diaspora.
The day-long festival will host a powerful lineup of speakers, including celebrated figures from cinema, decorated officers of the Indian Armed Forces, pioneering scientists, and fearless barristers, all sharing their stories of resilience and leadership.
> “We The Women is about creating a space for honest conversations and amplifying voices that challenge stereotypes, break barriers, and inspire others,” said Barkha Dutt. “As we bring the festival to London, we’re excited to spotlight changemakers who shape our times, not just from India but also from the vibrant British-Indian community.”
Beyond celebrating women trailblazers, We The Women remains a unique platform for inclusivity, honoring men and allies who champion gender equality and redefine norms around identity, masculinity, and femininity. With its powerful storytelling and cross-cultural reach, the festival continues to redefine conversations on gender, representation, and empowerment.
