The firm’s expanding project roster includes large-scale developments for industry giants like Amazon in Hyderabad (92,000 sq. ft.), Coca-Cola in Ahmedabad (90,000 sq. ft.), and ZEISS in Bengaluru (2,50,000 sq. ft.).
In the last three months alone, ANJ Group has delivered over 1 million sq. ft. of workspace across more than 10 Indian cities, including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, and Kolkata, as well as emerging hubs like Ahmedabad and Lucknow. This continued pan-India expansion reflects rising demand for agile, tech-enabled, and design-forward work environments.
Over 50% of the business in Q1 came from repeat clients, underscoring the company’s credibility, consistency, and long-standing partnerships. The quarter’s project mix comprised 70% build contracts and 30% design & build (DNB) assignments, highlighting ANJ’s flexibility in meeting diverse client needs.
