From popping fruit boba to creamy milk-based blends, the new Bobbles range redefines bubble tea culture in India.
National, July 10, 2025:Third Wave Coffee, one of India’s fastest-growing premium coffee and beverage chains, has unveiled a refreshed and expanded Bobbles range—its unique take on bubble tea. Now available across all its stores nationwide, the launch introduces nine playful and indulgent flavours designed to elevate the boba experience for Indian consumers.
Originally a seasonal experiment, Bobbles quickly became a fan-favourite, prompting the brand to roll out a more diverse, permanent menu. The new line caters to evolving palates—especially among Gen Z and millennial audiences—who are increasingly seeking global flavours and vibrant, textured drinks.
“While coffee remains our heart, we’ve always been a beverage-forward brand,” said Anirudh Sharma, Co-founder of Third Wave Coffee. “Our aim is to serve diverse preferences—from those seeking a robust brew in the morning to those craving a fun, flavourful drink in the evening. The incredible response to our original Bobbles inspired us to go deeper into this category. With the new range, we’re bringing more texture, more fun, and more indulgence into every cup.”
The Bobbles relaunch features two core categories:
Fruit Bobbles: Bright, zesty, and fun—this line includes flavours like Peach Grapefruit, Grapefruit Strawberry, Grapefruit Orange, and Orange Strawberry. Each drink features popping boba that release bursts of fruity flavour, creating a lively and refreshing drinking experience.
Milk Bobbles: Creamy, smooth, and comforting, these flavours include Thai Bobbles (spiced tea with sweet cream), Vanilla Matcha Bobbles (a fusion of earthy matcha and vanilla), the classic Original Bobbles, the rich Vanilla Bobbles, and the visually distinctive Taro Bobbles, a sweet, pastel-hued indulgence.
With this launch, Third Wave Coffee strengthens its position as a trendsetter in the Indian beverage space, offering a range that balances innovation, personal choice, and global appeal.
