‘Samarpanam’ anniversary event highlights decade of clinical excellence, pioneering transplants, and commitment to accessible advanced care

Bengaluru, August 14, 2025: Apollo Hospitals Seshadripuram marked its 10th anniversary with “Samarpanam” — a celebration of a decade of dedication to delivering advanced and accessible healthcare. The event was graced by Dr. Sangita Reddy, Joint Managing Director, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd., along with senior dignitaries and hospital leadership.

Since opening in August 2015, the superspeciality hospital has become one of Bengaluru’s most trusted healthcare institutions, treating over 1,000 outpatients daily and performing thousands of complex procedures each year. It has earned a leadership position in organ transplantation in Karnataka, pioneering several first-of-its-kind transplant procedures in India since 2017.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sangita Reddy said, “The journey of our Seshadripuram unit over the past decade is a true reflection of our mission — to blend clinical excellence with a deep commitment to serving communities. By expanding access to advanced care and building trust with every patient, we have played a pivotal role in shaping Bengaluru’s healthcare landscape. Apollo is proud to set new benchmarks in quality, innovation, and compassionate care.”
Apollo Hospitals Seshadripuram is renowned for its expertise in cardiology, neurosciences, orthopedics, gastroenterology, and kidney transplants. It also introduced India’s first Moses 2.0 Laser for treating prostate enlargement and kidney stones in high-risk patients.
Mr. Uday Davda, Vice President, Apollo Hospitals Seshadripuram, added, “Completing ten years is not just a time to reflect on our achievements, but to reaffirm our commitment to the future. We are expanding our facility with a new tower to meet growing demand, while enhancing specialties, advanced diagnostics, and transplant services.”
The celebrations included cultural performances by staff, patients, and the local community. Looking ahead, the hospital plans to integrate more AI-driven diagnostics and further strengthen emergency and transplant care.
