ADVAIT’s Journey & Significance
Launched in 2018 in Hyderabad, ADVAIT has grown into one of South India’s most significant apparel trade fairs. The last edition in Bangalore recorded 2,500+ visitors over three days, underscoring its growing influence in the regional fashion ecosystem. With India’s apparel industry poised for rapid growth—driven by higher disposable incomes and evolving fashion trends—ADVAIT provides a critical platform for retailers to discover new collections and strengthen their sourcing networks.
“As we bring the next edition of ADVAIT to Chennai, we’re thrilled to see how far this platform has come,” said Dharmesh Nandu, Founder of AMI. “Over the years, we have built a strong ecosystem that not only connects domestic retailers but also attracts international buyers. This year’s event, spread across 1 lakh sq. ft., gives each participating brand ample space to showcase their collections and drive meaningful business conversations.”
AMI continues to bridge the gap between manufacturers, retailers, agents, and suppliers, fostering a robust apparel community with over 50 successful regional and zonal fairs across South India to date.
