The new centre will drive AI-first commerce, engineering, and product innovation for eBay in India
National, September 16, 2025: Awfis Space Solutions Limited, India’s largest flexible workspace provider and the country’s first publicly listed workspace solutions platform, has partnered with eBay to establish a 67,000 sq. ft. innovation hub at Embassy Tech Village, Bengaluru. This state-of-the-art centre has been designed, built, and will be managed by Awfis, strengthening its position as the preferred partner for global capability centres (GCCs) and large enterprises.
The new hub will play a pivotal role in advancing eBay’s AI-first commerce strategy, with teams driving artificial intelligence, engineering, product development, and applied research. Strategically located at Embassy Tech Village—North Bengaluru’s largest operational office park—the centre offers seamless connectivity between the airport and city centre, complemented by vibrant commercial and social infrastructure.

The project was facilitated by Zinnov, a leading global consulting firm specialising in building and scaling GCCs. With this addition, Awfis now operates 39 centres across Bengaluru, including recently launched Elite centres at Manyata Tech Park and Prestige Venus spanning 80,000 sq. ft.
As of June 30, 2025, Awfis operates 230+ centres across 18 cities, with more than 1.5 lakh seats and a diverse portfolio of workspace formats, mobility solutions, and allied services.
