This groundbreaking initiative reflects the brand’s confidence in its advanced product quality and commitment to consumer satisfaction.
Under the Birla Opus Assurance, customers are guaranteed a complete repainting service free of charge within one year if required, covering all weather-related conditions across all four seasons. This new assurance goes beyond the standard product warranty, offering homeowners peace of mind and long-term trust in their paint choices.
The campaign films, starring brand ambassadors Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna, deliver the promise in an engaging style, complemented by performances from an ensemble cast including Ranveer Shorey, Murali Sharma, Seema Pahwa, and Jaaved Jaaferi. Through a mix of humour and storytelling, the TVCs creatively highlight the brand’s consumer-first philosophy while thanking the design and construction community for their continued endorsement.
