In his new role, Thomas will oversee Operations, Finance, and Technology, ensuring seamless alignment between strategy and execution to drive Client Associates’ long-term objectives.
With over two decades of leadership across global organizations including Franklin Templeton, Bank of America, Dell, Infosys, and Bharti India, Thomas brings expertise in operational leadership, workforce strategy, and organizational transformation. Known for his collaborative approach, he has successfully steered connectivity across business units during both routine operations and periods of transformation.
