The collaboration between India’s leading Smart TV OS brand and Magnite aims to expand programmatic CTV advertising opportunities with premium inventory and advanced targeting capabilities.

Mumbai, 2nd July 2025: CloudTV, India’s first certified Smart TV operating system brand, has unveiled its new Connected TV (CTV) advertising platform, alongside a strategic partnership with Magnite (NASDAQ: MGNI), the world’s largest independent sell-side advertising platform. The alliance is set to unlock access to CloudTV’s extensive CTV footprint—now reaching over 12 million viewers—offering advertisers and brands unparalleled opportunities to engage with premium audiences across India’s rapidly expanding CTV market.

Mumbai, 2nd July 2025: CloudTV, India’s first certified Smart TV operating system brand, has unveiled its new Connected TV (CTV) advertising platform, alongside a strategic partnership with Magnite (NASDAQ: MGNI), the world’s largest independent sell-side advertising platform. The alliance is set to unlock access to CloudTV’s extensive CTV footprint—now reaching over 12 million viewers—offering advertisers and brands unparalleled opportunities to engage with premium audiences across India’s rapidly expanding CTV market.

To support this expansion, CloudTV has also launched a dedicated website for brands, agencies, and media buyers, providing detailed inventory options, audience insights, and partnership possibilities within the new ads ecosystem.

Amid the surge in CTV device adoption across India, CloudTV’s platform—powered by Magnite SpringServe’s advanced programmatic technology—will provide advertisers with key features including:

Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) deals for assured premium ad placements.

Private Marketplace (PMP) access for curated inventory packages.

Real-Time Bidding (RTB) opportunities enabling dynamic inventory optimization.
