National, October 6, 2025: Conrad Pune, the flagship luxury hotel for Hilton Worldwide, has announced the appointment of Mr. Shreyash Dwivedi as the new Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. With extensive experience in India’s premium hospitality sector, Shreyash joins the Conrad Pune leadership team to further strengthen the hotel’s position as one of the city’s top luxury dining destinations.
Prior to this role, Shreyash was associated with The St. Regis Mumbai as Food & Beverage Manager, where he played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing guest dining experiences. His earlier tenure at The Leela Palace Chennai as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager saw him contribute significantly to the success of acclaimed outlets such as Spectra and Library Blu.
A graduate of the Taj Management Trainee Program, Shreyash’s career has spanned several renowned properties including Taj Krishna Hyderabad, Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott ORR Bengaluru, and Novotel Hotels in Chennai and Kolkata. Throughout his journey, he has been instrumental in positioning multiple restaurants and bars as market leaders, earning numerous Times Food & Nightlife Awards.

A certified trainer and WSET Level 2 Award holder, Shreyash is known for his operational excellence, leadership, and guest-centric approach. In his new capacity, he will oversee Conrad Pune’s food and beverage division, driving creativity, quality, and customer engagement across all dining outlets.
