Mumbai: Dentsu Creative Isobar has strengthened its creative leadership with the appointment of Sushant Barua (Manik) as National Creative Director – Art. In his new role, Sushant will report to Sahil Shah, President, Dentsu Creative Isobar. He will also work closely with Abhijat Bharadwaj, Chief Creative Officer, and the wider leadership team to champion creative excellence & culture-first innovation within the agency’s ecosystem.
Sushant will lead the art and visual design function across the agency’s diverse client portfolio. He will be instrumental in redefining the agency’s design language, enhancing visual craft, and pushing the boundaries of next-gen creativity across the entire customer journey. With a strong focus on delivering breakthrough work, he will also mentor the agency’s growing pool of design talent, helping shape the next generation of creative leaders.
Backed by over two decades of creative mastery, Sushant brings with him a rich portfolio of insight-driven, award-winning campaigns delivered at some of India’s most celebrated agencies. His work has been recognised at Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, New York Festival Global Awards, Spikes Asia, Kyoorius Awards, Abby Awards, Effie APAC, Effie India, and featured in Communication Arts.
