INDIA – July 3, 2025: Dentsu India has announced the elevation of Sujeet Behra as President, Carat, with an expanded remit as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Dentsu Media, marking a significant leadership shift aimed at reinforcing the agency network’s integrated approach to media and strategic excellence. Sujeet will report directly to Amit Wadhwa, CEO, Dentsu Creative & Media Brands, South Asia.
This dual role comes as Sanchayeeta Verma, former CEO of Carat, moves on to pursue new professional endeavors. During her tenure, Sanchayeeta played a crucial role in driving Carat’s growth with a strong emphasis on client centricity and collaborative culture, laying a robust foundation for future success.
Sujeet, who has been part of Carat for over three years in leadership roles including Carat North business head, Chief Growth Officer, and CSO, has been instrumental in defining the agency’s strategic roadmap. His focus on innovation and future-readiness has helped position Carat as a leading player in India’s evolving media landscape.

In his expanded roles, Sujeet will lead the strategic vision for both Carat and Dentsu Media.
