Fostering inclusivity and dialogue in workspaces through cinema and conversation
Mumbai, India — 16 June 2025: In honour of Pride Month, Dextrus is set to host a meaningful two-day engagement designed to promote inclusivity and awareness within professional spaces. In collaboration with The Humsafar Trust and Yaariyan, Dextrus invites everyone to a special event at its coworking spaces in Lower Parel and BKC on 18th and 19th June 2025, respectively. The event, which begins at 3:30 PM on both days, is open to all.
The highlight of the event is the screening of Sir Ma’am, a compelling short film that sheds light on workplace bias and the crucial role of allyship. The screening will be followed by a lively interaction with members of the film’s cast and crew (subject to availability) as well as LGBTQIA+ community activists. This interactive session offers attendees a rare opportunity to engage directly with voices at the forefront of advocacy, fostering authentic dialogue on creating safer, more supportive work environments.
Through this initiative, Dextrus continues its commitment to building workspaces that go beyond functionality — spaces that nurture empathy, community, and inclusivity.
