Nilesh Trivedi Takes Over as CBO-APAC; Elaine Fletcher Promoted to CBO-UK & Europe
Pune, August 6, 2025: Hoonartek, a leading provider of data, digital, and AI solutions, has announced key leadership appointments aimed at accelerating its global expansion. Nilesh Trivedi has been appointed as Chief Business Officer (CBO) for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, while Elaine Fletcher has been promoted to CBO for the UK & Europe, marking a strategic step forward in the company’s international growth journey.
Nilesh Trivedi, who also serves on Hoonartek’s Board of Directors, brings over 25 years of global experience in P&L leadership, digital transformation, business intelligence, ERP, and service delivery. His extensive cross-industry background includes senior roles at Airtel, Aditya Birla, GE Capital (Genpact), and Unilever. Most recently, he led the telco vertical at Hoonartek.

In parallel, Elaine Fletcher, based in London, has been promoted to Chief Business Officer for the UK & Europe. With more than 30 years of experience in data management and business intelligence, Elaine has worked across sectors including financial services, telecom, retail, and the public sector. Since joining Hoonartek in 2020, she has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint in EMEA and launching the innovative DevFac operating model.
