PRCAI’s second edition of the story convention to spotlight India’s RISE narrative for Viksit Bharat 2047

Mumbai/New Delhi, September 4, 2025: The Public Relations Consultants Association of India (PRCAI) today announced the return of its flagship story convention, PRana 2025: India RISE Story, bringing together some of the nation’s most respected voices in reputation building, communications, and leadership. Scheduled for September 10, 2025, at the Taj Palace, New Delhi, the second edition of PRana will spotlight India’s growth narrative as the nation prepares for its centenary of Independence in 2047.

More than 20 prominent opinion leaders from across business, politics, media, culture, and sustainability will share perspectives on India’s RISE — Reputation through Innovation, Sustainability, and Entrepreneurship — and how these drivers are shaping Brand India in a changing world order.
Kunal Kishore, President, PRCAI, said, “PRana is here to become a platform to shape and tell the story of India’s RISE, with honesty, courage, and panache. This is where strategic storytelling morphs into national strategy, and together, we draft the next chapter of India’s RISE, with brevity and gravitas.”
A Powerhouse Speaker Line-Up
The event will feature distinguished speakers including Smriti Irani, Former Cabinet Minister; Jayant Sinha, President, Eversource Capital; Manish Sabharwal, Co-Founder & Chairman, TeamLease Services; Naina Lal Kidwai, Chair, Rothschild India; Suresh Narayanan, Former Chairman & MD, Nestlé India; Dr. Sangita Reddy, Joint MD, Apollo Hospitals; Aditya Ghosh, Co-Founder, Akasa Air; Chetna Gala Sinha, Founder, Mann Deshi Foundation; Gaurav Gupta, Creative Director, Gaurav Gupta Studio; and Kaamya Karthikeyan, India Climber & Reliance Foundation Athlete, among others.
The convention will feature RISE dialogues, fireside chats, and the signature 300Wise format — five-minute narratives from reputation architects and changemakers on the themes of innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.
Whitepaper on Brand India’s Reputation
During the convention, PRCAI will unveil a whitepaper capturing C-Suite perspectives on Brand India’s place in the global order and what drives reputation in a fast-evolving landscape. Over 200 C-Suite leaders are expected to attend the by-invitation event.
Deeptie Sethi, CEO, PRCAI, noted, “The second edition of PRana marks a bolder step forward in reimagining how we shape narratives for a changing India. What makes this edition unique is its deeper focus on collaboration between industry pioneers, visionaries, and reputation strategists to address not just national, but global storytelling challenges. It’s more than a movement; it’s a blueprint for the future of credible narratives and lasting engagement.”
PR Industry on a Growth Path
According to PRCAI SPRINT 2024-25, India’s PR industry is projected to grow at a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 12.8%, reaching ₹4,570 crore by FY 2030. Growth is being driven by start-ups, NGOs, and purpose-led communications, positioning public relations as a strategic business partner rather than an ancillary function.
