Shubhranshu Singh, Global Chief Marketing Officer at Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, has been appointed as an inaugural member of the Board of Directors of the Effie LIONS Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in New York. The foundation was established in early 2025 following the acquisition of Effie Worldwide by Informa plc, owner of the Cannes Lions.
The Effie LIONS Foundation is dedicated to educating and empowering the next generation of marketing talent across the globe, with a special emphasis on nurturing talent from underrepresented communities. Board members play a critical role in ensuring the organization’s long-term financial stability, integrity, and impact.
In his new role, Shubhranshu will:
Help shape the future of marketing industry talent
Champion diversity and inclusion in marketing leadership
Strengthen connections among global industry leaders
With a special focus on India and South Asia, Shubhranshu’s insights will be vital in guiding the Foundation’s regional programs and initiatives. He will also serve on two board committees and contribute to meetings held twice annually—one in January (New York or London) and one during the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity in June.
