Third edition in the Independence Day series turns authentic voices from offices, homes, hotels, malls, and worksites into a two-minute anthem of unity and joy.
Mumbai, India – 14 August 2025: K Raheja Corp has unveiled Desh Ki Dhun, its third Independence Day musical tribute, following the success of Pragati Ki Dhun and Azaadi Ki Dhun in previous years. This year’s edition takes a fresh, crowd-sourced approach—transforming spontaneous, real-life responses from everyday Indians into a two-minute musical celebrating the nation’s spirit.
The project drew participation from people across the Group’s diverse touchpoints—employees and visitors at Mindspace Business Parks, residents of K Raheja Corp Homes, guests at Chalet Hotels, shoppers at Inorbit Malls and Shoppers Stop, and even labourers at ongoing project sites. Captured in moments of work, leisure, travel, and shopping, their unfiltered voices merge into an uplifting harmony honouring India’s 78th Independence Day.
The film opens with a simple question: “Aapko kya karne se aati hai Azaadi Wali Feeling?” From casual chats over chai in an office café, to the calm of a sunrise on a balcony, the thrill of a hotel buffet breakfast, or the excitement of a flash sale—every candid answer became a lyric, and every natural rhythm became a beat. The concept was developed by K Raheja Corp’s Corporate Communications team, with music composed by Sanket Sane and visuals directed by Alok Sutar.
