Sagar Gogawat joins as the Chief Business Officer, Ankur Koul as the Chief Marketing Officer, and Srikanta Khatei as the Chief Technology Officer.
With experience in diverse leadership roles and extensive expertise in driving business growth and product development, Sagar Gogawat will drive product and business strategies to enhance user experiences and sustainable growth at lendingplate. Sagar has been the Product Leader for India at GroundTruth and was also the Head of Product and GTM Strategy at P.C. Financial Services.

Ankur Koul brings substantial expertise in digital marketing, strategic planning, and campaign management. He will head lendingplate’s marketing initiatives, with a focus on business expansion, customer acquisition, and brand development. Previously, he served as the Associate Director of Digital Marketing at PayU. Additionally, he served as the Online Marketing Manager at Lenskart and Digital Account Manager at Google. He also managed high-ROI SEM and display marketing campaigns at Jabong.
Strengthening their technology wing with over decades of experience in IT leadership, Srikanta Khatei will drive lendingplate’s digital transformation and fintech innovation. Previously, he was the Vice President of Technology at Trust More. He also served as Head of IT at SMC Finance, overseeing IT management and operational strategies. Additionally, he served as the Assistant Vice President and Solutions Architect at Home Credit India.
