Industry veteran to drive regional growth, innovation, and customer impact across IMEA markets
India, September 1, 2025: The Lubrizol Corporation has announced the appointment of Abhishek Shrivastava as Managing Director – India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA). In this leadership role, Shrivastava will spearhead the company’s regional growth strategy, focusing on strengthening customer partnerships, advancing local innovation, enhancing manufacturing and supply chain capabilities, and nurturing talent across IMEA.
With nearly two decades of experience in business transformation, innovation, R&D, manufacturing technology, and quality management, Shrivastava brings both technical and commercial expertise to the role. He previously served as Vice President, Innovation and Decision Science at Lubrizol, where he led sustainable product development, digital innovation, and the creation of new growth platforms.
