As part of this initiative, Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL) has expanded benefits for its ecosystem of over 20,000 delivery associates across 50+ cities. This comprehensive benefits suite includes financial incentives, monetary payment solutions, wellness programs, insurance support, and on-site services.
To raise public awareness about the challenges delivery associates face, MLL has launched a festive-season media campaign to encourage customers to support those who bring packages to their doors. Running over the next few months, the campaign aims to educate everyone on ways to show appreciation and support for delivery associates.
