The initiative by CCS Bharat aims to transform student innovation into execution-ready solutions through mentorship, incubation, and industry partnership
New Delhi, August 23, 2025 –In a landmark move to position India’s youth as drivers of national progress, Union Minister of Labour & Employment and Youth Affairs & Sports, Shri Mansukh Mandaviya, unveiled i2B (Idea to Bharat) — a flagship initiative of CCS Bharat, the research and knowledge arm of the Nambiar Group, under the leadership of Managing Director Ayush Nambiar.
Designed as a Knowledge & Growth Partnership, i2B seeks to move young minds from awareness to action, enabling students to translate innovative ideas into research-backed, execution-ready solutions. The programme’s launch was dedicated to participants of the Season 5 Mann Ki Baat Quiz Competition in Thiruvananthapuram, attended under the leadership of Shri V. Muraleedharan, Former Minister of State for External Affairs.
Speaking at the launch, Shri Mandaviya highlighted the programme’s transformative vision: “The energy of India’s youth is the nation’s greatest resource. With i2B, Ayush Nambiar and CCS Bharat are ensuring this energy is channelled into concrete action. This initiative captures the true spirit of Viksit Bharat — where ideas don’t just inspire, but shape India’s tomorrow.”
Echoing this, Shri V. Muraleedharan commended the Nambiar Group’s contribution to nation-building, stating that aligning youth innovation with India’s priorities ensures global impact while keeping Bharat at the core.
Ayush Nambiar, Managing Director of Nambiar Group, emphasized the programme’s execution-driven model: “Youth are not just dreamers, they are doers. i2B will guide them through the full journey of idea → research → execution, with the mentorship and support systems they need.
