Initiative by CCS Bharat to transform student ideas into execution-ready solutions through research, mentorship, and incubation
Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India – August 25, 2025: In a landmark initiative aimed at empowering India’s youth to become active contributors to national progress, Union Minister of Labour & Employment and Youth Affairs & Sports, Shri Mansukh Mandaviya, unveiled i2B (Idea to Bharat) — a flagship programme by CCS Bharat, the knowledge and research arm of the Nambiar Group, under the leadership of its Managing Director, Ayush Nambiar.
The i2B programme is designed to guide young minds from awareness to action, ensuring that their ideas evolve into research-driven, execution-ready solutions. The initiative kicked off with a partnership with the Mann Ki Baat Quiz Competition (Season 5), offering participating students a structured innovation and mentorship journey.
Speaking at the launch, Shri Mansukh Mandaviya emphasized the programme’s significance:

The event, dedicated to students of the Mann Ki Baat Quiz from Thiruvananthapuram, was graced by Shri V. Muraleedharan, Former Minister of State for External Affairs, who said:
