Campaign ‘Let the Movement Begin’ Encourages Citizens to Take Small, Consistent Steps Towards Better Health
National, 13th August 2025 – MediBuddy, India’s largest digital healthcare company, has unveiled its Independence Day initiative, “Let the Movement Begin”, under the #FitIndiaFestival banner. The campaign seeks to inspire citizens to embrace daily movement—viewing it not only as a path to fitness but as an expression of personal freedom, resilience, and national pride.
Drawing parallels with India’s historic struggle for independence, the initiative emphasises that maintaining one’s health is both a personal commitment and a contribution to the nation’s collective strength. In a time when sedentary lifestyles are silently impacting well-being, the #FitIndiaFestival encourages small yet impactful actions—such as stretching at a desk, walking with loved ones, or simply standing up regularly throughout the day.
“Our nation’s story is one of movement—of people rising, striving, and refusing to give up,” said Manu Sankar Das, Head of Brand Marketing, MediBuddy. “This Independence Day, we want to remind every Indian that health is not just a personal choice; it’s a shared responsibility. Movement keeps us strong, focused, and ready to contribute to the nation’s progress. The journey to better health starts with a single step.”
Conceptualised and produced by MediBuddy’s in-house creative team, the 64-second campaign film is being promoted across digital and social platforms. To encourage participation, MediBuddy is offering up to 80% off on fitness plans, preventive health check-ups, wellness programs, and healthcare products during the campaign period.
