The rebrand follows Zaggle’s 38.34% strategic investment and reinforces the company’s commitment to real-time, secure financial transactions

Mumbai, July 16, 2025:Mobileware Technologies, a trusted provider of digital payment infrastructure, has officially rebranded to 86400, unveiling a new logo and refreshed identity that reflects its next phase of growth. The rebrand follows a 38.34% strategic investment by Zaggle, reinforcing the company’s strong market performance and its trusted relationships with over 100 financial institutions.

The name 86400, representing the total number of seconds in a day, symbolizes the company’s mission to enable secure, real-time financial transactions every moment. While the brand identity evolves, the leadership team, operations, and client commitments remain unchanged, ensuring seamless continuity for existing partners.
Under the new identity, 86400 will continue to power key digital payment services such as UPI, IMPS, BBPS, and API-based integrations for leading institutions like Kotak, Yes Bank, Axis Bank, J&K Bank, IDFC Bank, Airtel Payments Bank, and emerging players including Fincare and Oxymoney. Its flagship platform TransXT remains at the core, delivering scalable, real-time transaction capabilities for both legacy banks and next-gen fintechs.
Satyajit Kanekar, Co-founder & CEO of 86400, said:
“India’s digital payments landscape has transformed dramatically, and we’ve been fortunate to contribute to that shift from the ground up. Today, the country processes over 13 billion UPI transactions monthly, requiring infrastructure that is invisible yet unshakeable. Our evolution into 86400 reflects this responsibility. Zaggle’s investment adds momentum at a time when reliability in fintech is more critical than ever.”
Amitabh Kanekar, Co-founder of 86400, added:
“The name 86400 serves as a constant reminder of the precision financial systems demand—every single second counts. This rebrand isn’t just cosmetic; it captures our culture of quiet dependability and the scale we aim to achieve. While end users may not always see us, the systems we power must work flawlessly, 24/7.”
The company clarified that its legal entity will continue as Mobileware Technologies Pvt. Ltd., while its market-facing identity transitions to 86400.
With this strategic rebrand, 86400 positions itself as a full-stack digital payments infrastructure provider, ready to support the next decade of India’s digital financial growth.
