Company aims to strengthen GCC ecosystem across India, North America, Asia, UK, and Europe
Bengaluru, India – August 25, 2025: NLB Services, a global leader in technology and digital talent solutions, has announced its entry into the Global Capability Center (GCC)-as-a-Service business. In line with this strategic expansion, the company has appointed Abhilash Raghavan as Chief Business Officer (CBO) to spearhead global strategy and accelerate growth across key international markets.
The GCC-as-a-Service model will provide enterprises with end-to-end solutions covering infrastructure setup, workforce management, compliance, and marketing support to help establish and scale GCC operations in India and beyond.

Leadership Appointment
Abhilash Raghavan brings over 25 years of leadership experience in financial strategy, operations, and enterprise transformation across Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining NLB Services, he served as Head of Finance at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and earlier as CFO at ANSR, where he played a pivotal role in setting up more than 30 global capability centers for marquee clients.
