Strategic alliance with Esports World Cup Foundation aims to expand esports reach in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and beyond, promoting inclusivity and regional engagement
National, July 4, 2025: NODWIN Gaming, a leading force in South Asia’s esports ecosystem, has announced a strategic partnership with the Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) to manage media rights sales across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and other South Asian territories.
Under the agreement, NODWIN Gaming will spearhead media rights sales and distribution strategies for the Esports World Cup (EWC) throughout South Asia, amplifying the tournament’s reach in one of the world’s fastest-growing esports markets. Additionally, NODWIN will serve as the EWCF’s exclusive marketing partner in India, conceptualizing and executing local campaigns to further the Foundation’s mission of elevating esports culture and representation.
The EWCF, a nonprofit organization, is the driving force behind the EWC — the world’s largest multi-title esports competition. The inaugural 2024 edition saw 1,500 elite players and 200 clubs from over 100 countries compete across 21 titles, featuring a record-breaking $60 million prize pool, 500 million online viewers, and 2.6 million in-person attendees, setting new standards for global esports events.
NODWIN Gaming, renowned for successfully mainstreaming esports in India through its pioneering media rights and broadcast strategies, has previously delivered marquee productions such as the Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series (BGMS) — India’s only esports tournament broadcast on national television via Star Sports for three consecutive years.
