India’s largest credit marketplace expands into offline with hybrid distribution model to bridge the digital-physical divide and support underserved borrowers
Gurugram, September 2, 2025: Paisabazaar, India’s largest credit marketplace and free credit score platform, has launched its first retail store in Gurugram, marking the company’s foray into offline expansion. The move is part of Paisabazaar’s larger plan to open 100 retail stores across key metros, including Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad. The next two stores will open in Delhi and Noida this month.
The new retail outlets aim to provide consumers with a personalized, in-person experience while helping them access the right credit products, including business loans, personal loans, home loans, and credit cards. Expert advisors at the stores will also guide customers on improving their credit profiles, with a special focus on underserved groups such as small business owners and first-time borrowers.
Santosh Agarwal, CEO, Paisabazaar, said:
> “The retail store is a new business model for us, one that combines the comfort of physical interaction with a technology-led seamless experience. This is a natural extension of our vision to make credit accessible to all Indians in the most transparent way. Our physical presence will help us scale and deepen consumer trust.”
By introducing offline outlets, Paisabazaar strengthens its hybrid distribution model, allowing the company to serve customers who prefer personalized, offline engagement, while continuing to expand its reach digitally across India.
