Mission for Intelligence, Technology, Resilience & AI creates second-career pathways for Indian Army veterans in critical digital infrastructure domains
Mumbai, July 17, 2025: RackBank®, India’s leading provider of premium, carbon-neutral data center infrastructure, cloud computing, and AI services, has announced the rollout of M.I.T.R.A. (Mission for Intelligence, Technology, Resilience & AI), a first-of-its-kind veteran recruitment program aimed at integrating Indian Armed Forces veterans into impactful roles within the rapidly expanding AI and data center ecosystem.
The program is designed to offer meaningful second-career opportunities to ex-service personnel by leveraging their operational expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership values in domains that require discipline, security-first mindset, and technical precision.
New Career Pathways for Veterans
Under the M.I.T.R.A. initiative, RackBank® will actively recruit veterans from diverse military backgrounds, including IT specialists, strategic operations coordinators, logistics commanders, and cybersecurity analysts. Veterans will be considered for roles such as:
Data Center Operations Managers
Cybersecurity Analysts
AI Infrastructure Support Specialists
Network & Surveillance Command Specialists
Logistics & Operations Coordinators
Compliance & Risk Officers
These roles will be available in full-time and contractual formats, with contracts ranging from 12 to 18 months and the potential to transition into permanent positions based on performance and organizational needs.
Structured Transition from Service to Civilian Tech Roles
To ensure a smooth transition from military service to the civilian tech workforce, RackBank® will introduce a Tech Readiness Bootcamp designed to upskill veterans in the latest AI and data center technologies.
