OmniActive Improving Lives Foundation (OILF) and Rangeet partner to nurture wellbeing, equity, and sustainability in education
Mumbai, September 2, 2025 – The classrooms of Rajasthan are witnessing a positive shift as Rangeet’s Social Emotional & Ecological Knowledge (SEEK)© curriculum continues to transform teaching and learning experiences. Since its launch in Deeg and Bharatpur, the program has reached over 30,000 students and trained more than 900 teachers, strengthening both classroom engagement and holistic development.

Developed by Rangeet and supported by OmniActive Improving Lives Foundation (OILF), SEEK© equips children with knowledge, voice, and agency around wellbeing, societal equity, ecological sustainability, and digital citizenship. Teachers too benefit from enhanced pedagogical practices, helping to foster more inclusive and engaging classrooms.
Government Backing Accelerates Expansion
The Rajasthan Council of School Education (RCScE), under the Rising Rajasthan Initiative, has signed an MoU with Rangeet to implement SEEK™ across districts including Bharatpur, Deeg, and Pali. Additionally, Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SmSA) Bharatpur has issued a formal letter of support, with similar backing extended in Pali, signaling strong state-level commitment to the program’s success.
Teachers Report Tangible Change
Educators across Bharatpur and Deeg describe SEEK as both a mirror and catalyst for change:
“Because of Rangeet classes, I realised that calling children by their parents’ names makes them feel bad. Addressing them by their own names has improved their interest in studies.” – Prem Chand Katara, Teacher, Deeg
“The ‘Girls = Boys’ module helped remove stereotypes. Children now sit, study, and play together, creating respect, unity, and a happier school atmosphere.” – Manish Bhardwaj, Teacher, Bharatpur
“Earlier, children left after the midday meal. Now they stay back for classes, and their communication skills have improved.” – Poonam Kumari & Sunita Kumari, Teachers, Bharatpur
Officials Endorse SEEK’s Reach and Impact
Education officials praised the program’s ability to connect with hard-to-reach schools and enhance classroom relationships:
“Remote schools have been visited and included, ensuring no community is left behind.” – District Education Officers, Bharatpur & Deeg
“Rangeet is enabling better student-teacher interaction.” – Chief Block Education Officers, Bharatpur
Leadership PerspectiveSimran Mulchandani, CEO & Co-Founder of Rangeet, said: “At Rangeet, we believe education should nurture empathy, inclusion, and agency around climate and wellbeing. The support from the Rajasthan government is helping us scale SEEK across the state. Teachers’ and students’ voices already demonstrate how SEEK is making schools more equitable and joyful. We are committed to building a generation of future-ready, compassionate learners.”
