New brand from the House of Isharya brings playful, wearable, and culturally rooted jewellery for a new generation
Mumbai, September 2025: Indinoor, a vibrant new jewellery brand from the House of Isharya, has been launched by Bollywood actor Shanaya Kapoor in collaboration with Gauri Tandon, Co-Founder of Isharya. Designed for a new generation of women, Indinoor blends India’s rich artisanal legacy with a modern, playful approach to festive jewellery, making it relevant, wearable, and real.
Kapoor, who has grown up surrounded by design influences through both cinema and family, has played an active role in shaping Indinoor’s creative direction — from product curation to the brand’s tone of voice. Her vision is to create jewellery that celebrates Indian craftsmanship without the constraints of tradition, offering pieces that are easy to wear and expressive of individual style.
“My vision is to create something for women who appreciate Indian craftsmanship but want pieces that are easy, fun, and fit effortlessly into their style — jewellery you actually want to wear,” said Shanaya Kapoor. “We’ve grown up seeing jewellery locked away for special occasions. Indinoor changes that — it’s about joy, everyday celebration, and making Indian jewellery truly your own.”
The debut collection, Jewels of Happiness, captures this spirit by reimagining polki, jadau, temple work, zircon, and other traditional designs in bold chaandbalis and celebratory sets. Crafted by master artisans using age-old techniques, the pieces are designed not as heirlooms to be locked away but as jewellery meant to be lived in.
“With Isharya, we built a trusted brand in modern Indian jewellery. But we saw a gap for festive jewellery that carried glamour and craftsmanship while feeling effortless and current,” said Gauri Tandon, Founder of Indinoor. “When Shanaya and I spoke, the idea almost wrote itself. She instinctively understands her generation’s approach to style, and with Isharya’s backing, creating Indinoor together was inevitable.”
