Seasoned creative leader to drive bold storytelling and strategic business impact for the agency

Mumbai, July 17, 2025: Social Panga, one of India’s fastest-growing integrated creative and digital agencies with offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, and Dubai, has announced the appointment of Sahil Siddiqui as Executive Vice President – Creative Strategy & Growth.

In this newly created leadership role, Sahil will work closely with Co-Founders Gaurav Arora and Himanshu Arora to scale Social Panga’s creative footprint while deepening its strategic brand-building focus across key growth markets. His mandate includes strengthening the agency’s creative output, elevating campaign impact, and building talent density to drive meaningful, business-driven storytelling.

Sahil brings over 15 years of experience in creative leadership, having worked with renowned agencies like Dentsu Creative and Pepper Content, where he launched the full-service outfit Pepper Creative. His expertise spans diverse sectors including BFSI, FMCG, e-commerce, and automotive, with impactful campaigns for leading brands such as Flipkart, SBI Life, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Starbucks, Apple, Knorr, Gillette, ICICI Lombard, Monster, Pepsodent, My11Circle, Godrej, CNN, Radio Mirchi, and Warner Bros.

Before joining Social Panga, Sahil served as Global Creative Head at Pepper Content and spent over 14 years at Dentsu, where he played key roles in creative strategy and business growth. He has also been part of juries at prestigious advertising forums and is recognized for nurturing a culture of curiosity-led creativity and team mentorship.

Himanshu Arora, Co-Founder of Social Panga, said:
