The restructured leadership framework brings together senior experts across Product, Technology, Delivery, Human Resources, and core business functions, complementing SI’s seasoned senior management team and reinforcing its capability to deliver cutting-edge, scalable solutions for sports partners worldwide.
At the centre of this structure is a unified Product–Technology–Delivery triad:
Sanket Sawkar, Chief Product & Innovation Officer (CPIO): A 23-year SI veteran, Sawkar will define the company’s product vision and innovation roadmap, developing solutions aligned with evolving market and client needs.
Monojit Banerjee, Chief Technology Officer (CTO): Drawing on experience from JP Morgan, Amazon, and Razorpay, Banerjee will lead the creation of secure, scalable engineering platforms to enable SI’s ambitious product plans.
Ravi Ranjan, Chief Delivery Officer (CDO): An Agile delivery specialist from Capgemini and Thoughtworks, Ranjan will oversee timely, high-quality execution across the organisation.
In a first for the company, Himanshu Kapadia joins as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing a track record from Disney, HDFC, and DBS. He will champion a people-first culture to drive high performance and long-term growth.
