Mumbai, August 7, 2025: Late Checkout, the tenth venture by Chrome Hospitality, continues to elevate Mumbai’s cocktail culture with its most ambitious collaboration to date. In partnership with Monkey 47 and All Things Nice, the acclaimed bar will host an exclusive two-night takeover by Paradiso, the world’s #1 bar as per The World’s 50 Best Bars 2022 rankings. Scheduled for August 13 and 14, the event sold out in under 24 hours, marking it as one of Mumbai’s fastest-selling and most-anticipated bar experiences.
Hailing from the artistic El Born district of Barcelona, Paradiso is celebrated for its hidden speakeasy charm—tucked behind a pastrami storefront—and its theatrical, sensory-forward cocktail experiences. Guests at Late Checkout can expect to be transported through immersive elements like Gaudí-inspired décor, smoke domes, laser projections, and a spectacular lineup of signature drinks curated by Paradiso’s founder and award-winning mixologist, Giacomo Giannoti.
Highlights from the Paradiso takeover menu include:
Kriptonita: A neon-green electric pour with bittersweet citrus-cacao notes and the crisp botanicals of Monkey 47 Gin.
Subterranium: Creamy and earthy, blending fresh apple, warm hay, and horseradish with Havana Club Rum 3 YO.
Atlantide: A Mediterranean-inspired burst of tomato water, citrus, and oceanic freshness elevated by Elyx Vodka.
Great Gatsby: A decadent mix of truffle honey, lavender, and smoky vanilla-chocolate tobacco, anchored by Chivas Regal XV.
