Madrid, July 23, 2025: Havas has announced the acquisition of Tidart, a leading independent Spanish digital performance agency, marking a strategic move to expand its global e-commerce and performance marketing capabilities. The deal reinforces Havas’ commitment to strengthening its footprint in Spain—one of the Group’s key markets—while scaling up Havas Market, the global e-commerce arm of Havas Media Network.
Tidart will retain its brand identity and operational model while seamlessly integrating into Havas Market. The agency’s team of over 40 digital specialists will join the Havas Village Madrid offices, ensuring continuity in its innovative approach. Antonio Ramírez, CEO of Tidart, will continue to lead the agency.
