Mumbai: The highly anticipated first edition of the SOUL Leadership Conclave is set to commence tomorrow at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The event will be inaugurated by Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi, with H.E. Dasho Tshering Tobgay, Prime Minister of Bhutan, delivering the keynote address as the Guest of Honour.
With a focus on personal leadership journeys, the conclave promises to be an inspiring forum for learning, reflection, and dialogue, offering invaluable lessons from some of the most impactful leaders from across diverse sectors. Designed to impart real, actionable leadership lessons, SLC aims to be a platform where young aspiring leaders come together to hear straight from speakers at the conclave — making the experience more relevant, relatable, and impactful.
The SOUL Leadership Conclave will feature distinguished speakers from diverse fields, including politics, public service, business, sports, media, and spirituality, each sharing leadership lessons from their own journeys. From governance and public service, the event will feature Ashwini Vaishnaw, Union Minister for Railways, Information & Broadcasting, and Electronics & IT; Bhupender Yadav, Union Minister of Environment, Forest & Climate Change; Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda, National Vice President of the BJP; Dr. Kiran Bedi, Former Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry & retired IPS officer and Shaktikanta Das, Former Governor, Reserve Bank of India. Additionally, Dr. D Y Chandrachud, Former Chief Justice of India, will offer insights from his leadership in the judiciary.
From the nonprofit and social sectors, Shridhar Venkat, CEO, The Akshaya Patra Foundation, and Dr. R. Balasubramaniam, Member HR, Capacity Building Commission, will share lessons on leadership with purpose and social impact. Spiritual perspectives will be brought by Sister Shivani, Spiritual Leader of the Brahma Kumaris, and Kamlesh Patel ‘Daaji,’ Global Guide of Heartfulness and President of Shri Ram Chandra Mission, reflecting on the role of mindfulness and values in leadership.
Sports icons Gukesh Dommaraju, reigning World Chess Champion, and P R Sreejesh, Former Goalkeeper of the Indian Hockey Team, will speak on resilience, discipline, and leadership in competitive arenas. Adding journalistic perspectives, Rahul Kanwal, News Director, India Today & Aaj Tak, will discuss leadership in media and storytelling.
From the corporate world, industry stalwarts including Sunil Bharti Mittal, Founder & Chairman, Bharti Enterprises; Ajay Piramal, Chairman, Piramal Group; Pankaj R.
