Autocar India, in partnership with Mercedes-Benz India, has achieved a remarkable feat by setting a new Guinness World Records™ title for the Greatest Temperature Change Ever Recorded by an Electric Production Car.

The achievement was made possible with the Mercedes-Benz EQS 450 4MATIC SUV, which traversed an extraordinary temperature shift of 51.2°C — beginning in the scorching 48°C heat of Rajasthan and culminating at -3.2°C in Khardung La, Ladakh, one of the highest motorable passes in the world.
