Abdulkader Bengali Appointed as Managing Director for India Operations
Pune, India, August 19, 2025 – Hansgrohe Group, the globally renowned Black Forest-based manufacturer of premium bathroom and kitchen solutions, has announced the appointment of Abdulkader Bengali as Managing Director for its India operations, effective August 18, 2025. This strategic move comes as the company accelerates its growth in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.
Bengali brings more than 26 years of distinguished leadership in the construction and building materials industry. In his most recent role as Senior Vice President at Sintex BAPL, he spearheaded the Water Management Solutions division with ambitious growth targets. Prior to that, as Chief Operating Officer at ALP Aeroflex, he successfully led a major business transformation. He has also held leadership roles at Owens Corning, overseeing India and SAARC operations, which provided him with valuable international market expertise.
A gold medalist in Engineering from NIT Surat and an Executive MBA graduate from SP Jain, Bengali is widely recognized for his ability to drive business turnarounds and scale operations. His expertise in P&L management, sales excellence, and operational optimization will play a key role in Hansgrohe’s expansion strategy in India.
